'Regulatory changes in the hiring of Energy Efficiency' New conference organized by FAEPAC and AMI, which will take place on June 18, at the Pazo de Mariñán, Bergondo.

Other topics that will be dealt with as part of the central theme, focused on energy efficiency contracting, will be 'The New Philosophies of the LCSP on Strategic Purchase', by Elena Barba Pan, Secretary of the Advisory Board of Administrative Contracting of the autonomous government of Galicia. About 'Opportunities for Contracting of Energy Services in the Municipal Area' will be discussed at the conference that will be offered by Francisco Conesa, director of energy efficiency at ACCIONA. There will also be an intervention in relation to 'The new rules of Eurostat for the computation of investments in EPCs', by Francisco Javier Sigüenza, secretary of AMI.

The second part of the seminar on energy efficiency contracting will begin with a presentation on "The New Model of Services Concession", which will be developed by Antonio de Marcos, director of contracting with FCC. It will follow this 'The new UNE norm of Energy Service Providers', by Juan Manuel García Sánchez, responsible for energy efficiency of the Spanish Association for Standardization, AENOR.

Luís Jaime Rodríguez Fernández, Head of the Heritage and Recruitment Service of the Provincial Council of A Coruña will analyze in his presentation "Social and Environmental Aspects in Energy Services Contracts" The new requirements that the current LCSP introduces in relation to these issues.

The conference will close the speech of Marta Gudiol, head of the energy efficiency unit of the Catalan Institute of Energy, ICAEN, who will present the "Guide to Contracting Energy Services in Savings Guarantees", and good practices in this end.

At the end of the day there will be a discussion with the attendees.
